Our Matchmaking Process

Our step-by-step Process

“Our matchmaking process is thoughtfully designed and tailored to the Nepali community, especially for women and those who value confidentiality, reflecting the unique traditions and cultural values that shape how relationships are formed. We combine modern tech with real human expertise, while staying true to the traditional matchmaking journey that has long been part of our society.”

Step 01

Fill in the detailed Member Submission form on our Sign Up page to begin the membership process. Once you fill in the first (Basic Information) page and click Submit, two things happen - you will be automatically directed to our form wizard to complete rest of the form, and at the same time an email is also sent out to you with a link to complete it at a later stage at your own convenience.

P.S. You do not need to pay anything at this initial stage.

Step 02

If you want to be a Free Member and have selected "Free Membership" option, we will still include you in our database and you will still receive a match, but we will only match you if and when your profile comes up in the match search for our Paid Members. We will not actively look for a match for you as in the case of our Paid members. In our simulation Paid members receive 5 times more introductions compared to Free members.

You also have the option to join our Free Community (on Home page) to receive exciting newsletters and highly curated content.

Step 03

Once we receive your Submission and manually verify your ID, we will send you a welcome email with a link to create your own personal member portal log-in, including other important details.

Your member portal gives you full control and automation of your matchmaking activities like receive and manage introductions, chat and video chat with matches, update/edit profile details and match preferences at any time, and access customer support among others.

If you want to be a Paid Member, simply message us via the chat feature in your member portal and we will send you an invoice to make the payment before including you in our database as a "Paid Member".

Step 04

For Paid Members once your payment is received, we will quality check all your details to ensure your profile is top-notch. We will personally review and advise if further changes or profile polishing are needed before approving you into our database. Once approved we will start matching you as soon as possible.

Step 05

Once you are in our database, our matching involves a 2 stage process – first our system generates the most suitable matches for you from our extensive database. We use advanced AI-led algorithms that takes into consideration all the select/multi-select and text based open-ended questions.

For Premium members, we also provide a detailed AI-generated plus human-curated compatibility report that provides a deeper, holistic insight into you and your match's compatibility.

Step 06

The second stage is followed by our inhouse matchmakers who evaluate and curate the system generated matches using 'real human' judgement before sending out the introductions to both parties into their personal member portals. The introduction includes a summarized, anonymised version of member profiles without each other’s contact details.

Step 07

If both members accept the introduction (with the click of a button), a communication channel is opened where you can chat or video chat with each other within the portal itself.

Step 08

However if either party declines, then the match is cancelled. Or after accepting, if you decide later that it’s not really clicking, you can still end the communication and cancel the match anytime.

Step 09

We will then proceed to find you another match and send out new introductions again. This process repeats until you find your perfect match and both members are happy.

Step 10

When you do find your match (Congratulations!), you can inform us and choose to end your membership and leave the platform. You will be sent a feedback/review form, along with a request for a testimonial (at your discretion).

Step 11

If at any point later you feel the match is not working, please feel free to come back again! We will still have your details for up to a certain period so that you don’t have to fill it all over again. You also have the option to permanently delete all your details from our database at any point by simply informing us.
