DanfeMonal.com provides digital matchmaking service intended solely to help users connect and communicate. All user content, including photos, profiles, and messages, is self-declared and not independently verified. We do manully verify digital copies of member IDs to the best of our ability, and the digital payments received from members does establish KYC (from the payment provider side), however as an independent service provider we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information, profile, advice, or communication shared on our platform.
You acknowledge that use of the Service and reliance on any information provided are entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or outcome resulting from interactions or relationships formed through the platform.
2. Terms & Conditions of Use
By using DanfeMonal.com, you agree to the following:
- You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
- You will use the Service lawfully, respectfully, and responsibly.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and your interactions with others.
- We do not guarantee accuracy of information provided by members about themselves.

- We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

- We will only share an anonymized version of your details with potential matches selected by our matchmakers. We will never share your address and contact details like phone number, email address, or other identifying particulars like social media details.
c. Data Protection & Security:
- Our CRM maintain SOC 2 Type II-certified systems and strong encryption protocols to protect your data against unauthorized access or loss.
- All third-party service providers we work with are required to comply with GDPR, EU–US Privacy Framework, and PIPEDA standards.
d. Your Rights: In accordance with GDPR and PIPEDA, you may
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- File a complaint with your local data protection authority.
e. Data Retention:
- We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
- You may delete your account at any time, and your data will be securely removed.
4. Criminal Convictions, Disclosure & Termination
In order to safeguard the safety, integrity and reputation of our platform and members, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to conduct reasonable background checks or investigations where necessary. Any misrepresentation, omission, or failure to disclose relevant information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where we become aware, at any stage, that a member has a relevant or serious criminal conviction, including offences involving violence, abuse, sexual misconduct, fraud, or any conduct that may pose a risk to the safety, wellbeing, or reputation of other members, we reserve the right to immediately terminate and permanently exclude the individual from the platform without refund or prior notice. Nothing in this clause obliges us to carry out background checks, and responsibility for disclosure remains with the member.
5. Refund/Cancellation Policy
All payments made for membership are final and non-refundable. We kindly ask members to review all information carefully and make their decision with confidence before completing payment.
Our service operates on a six-month membership plan that requires a one-time, non-recurring payment. Once the six-month period ends, your membership will automatically be deactivated. Members who wish to continue using the service must choose to extend their membership with us.
6. Policy updates
