Currently, none of the existing Nepali platforms address the unique cultural sensitivities of Nepali singles as they are a direct clone of western apps. So we had to literally reimagine a solution tailored to the specific needs of our people. We needed to address issues like confidentiality, genuineness of candidates, profile quality and most importantly encourage more women to come onboard by providing them a discreet and empowering experience. The typical Male : Female ratio in existing Nepali platforms is 8:2, on top of that 75% of women hide their photos. This does not work at all!

Since we only offer a paid membership model (not freemium), our members are 100% genuine with real intent. We manually verify member IDs and the digital payment validates member KYC details. The bank and member details must match to be approved into our database. It’s a tightly managed and moderated platform where we encourage members to report bad conduct so we can take strict action.

As more members join, the faster the magic happens. With every new member, your chances of finding a match increases – the beauty of the network effect!
HOW MANY INTRODUCTIONS WILL I RECEIVE AT A TIME?

It is difficult to guarantee anything especially in relationship matters as this is totally dependent upon the individuals concerned. However what we do guarantee is provide you with well thought out, curated matches that best meet your preferences and support you all the way in finding your perfect match. Mediation and guided connection goes a long way, and that is what we promise.
For that reason, we encourage you to fill in your profile details and match preferences sincerely and thoroughly that maximizes your chances of getting as many matches as possible. Start with a broad criteria so you get maximum introductions, you can then narrow down from there.
DOES DANFEMONAL.COM VOUCH FOR THE INTRODUCTIONS THEY MAKE?
DanfeMonal.com provides a platform for members to connect and build genuine relationships. As a service provider we do our best to ensure transparency and trust in our platform. We manually verify digital copies of member IDs to the best of our ability to ensure that members are genuine. A second level of KYC verification also takes place when a member makes a subscription payment digitally.
However as detailed in our Terms & Conditions, we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information shared by our members and therefore cannot vouch for the accuracy or reliability of any information, profile, or communication shared by the members on our platform. All member content, including photos, profiles, and messages, are self-declared and not independently verified. We strongly advise members to do their own due diligence when deciding to proceed with a match that we have introduced.
WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP FEES?
Initially, we are offering 6 month bulk subscription, because we believe one should not be rushed into forming relationships and real, authentic matchmaking actually takes time. However, in the beginning it may take a while for our community to grow to the size where matches flow regularly, that’s why we are offering a 50% discounted special launch price (first 3 months FREE + second 3 months regular rates). After 6 months, you will have the option to setup a monthly recurring subscription depending on your location and if a recurring model is possible.
Following are our membership fees:
For Men (Rest of the World): US$ 75 for 6 month bulk subscription @ US$ 25 per month via Airwallex payment system.
For Men (Nepal & India): NRS 7,500/- for 6 month bulk subscription @ NRS 2,500/- per month via Khalti payment system.
For Women (Everywhere): 50% OFF based on the standard pricing for Men in their respective location. Coz chivalry isn’t dead yet!
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR MEMBERS IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES?
For Rest of the World members: We are using Airwallex – a highly secure, top-tier global fintech platform designed to manage international multi-currency payments. With this solution we plan to offer payment options in US$, AUS$, GBP and EURO depending on member’s choice.
For Nepal based members: We have tied up with Khalti which is a very popular, secure and easy payment platform.
For India based members: We do not have any tie up with a payment system such as UPI yet. For now you will have to use Khalti or pay directly to our Nepal based bank account. Please write to us at info@danfemonal.com for any queries if you are applying from India and don’t have a Nepali bank account.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY?
Our cancellation process is very easy and member friendly!
For rest of the world members: When the 6 month bulk subscription expires (this is a one-time and non-recurring), we will replace it with a monthly recurring subscription and will reach out to our members to apply should they wish to continue with our services.
Once you’re on a monthly subscription, you can cancel your membership at anytime on the Subscription tab in your member portal before the start of the next billing cycle (your membership will continue to be active until the end of current billing cycle). Which means there is no notice period that you need to serve. However, we have a no refunds policy and your request for refund will be declined if you do not cancel on time.
For Nepal, India based members: Since there is no recurring ‘subscription style’ payment ecosystem in place, members may have to renew their bulk subscription every 6 months, and if you want to cancel your membership you simply don’t renew your membership.
HOW DOES PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP WORK? WHAT ARE THE FEES?
Premium membership is a fully managed ‘white glove’ priority member service where we assign you with a dedicated personal matchmaker who will take care of everything for you. For premium members we provide a meticulous level of care and attention that goes far beyond Standard service (limited to introductions). It involves personalized handling and priority introductions where we set up dates for you, manage follow-ups, arrange relationship counselling by our expert counsellors, conduct family and other background checks such as credit and criminal records where possible and much more. We will address all your concerns and ask questions on your behalf so you don’t have to!
While we do not guarantee a match for both standard or premium members (as this totally depends on the individuals), for premium members we will actively work for you like a dedicated Lahmi at your disposal. We will communicate regularly and both you and your family will have access to your matchmaker. While the Standard membership is limited to itroductions, for Premium members the service is total and all encompassing.

- We are a UK registered company subject to UK company and data security laws.
- We are a closed platform where profiles are not public. Not even to other members.
- Only curated-anonymized version of your profile is shared with select potential matches handpicked for you by our team.
- Our systems are GDPR, EU-US Data Privacy Framework, PIPEDA certified for data protection and SOC2 TYPEII audited.
CAN I SEE OTHER MEMBERS ON THE PLATFORM?
We are a 100% discreet platform and member profiles are strictly private and not publicly visible to anyone. This is one of the most defining feature of our service which can be very empowering to those who value Confidentiality. We will only share an ‘anonymized’ version of your profile during introduction with a potential match without the contact details such as emails, phone, address or social media links. Once both members accept the introduction and start communicating, it is upto the members if they want to share each other’s contact details.

At DanfeMonal.com, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and well-moderated community. We uphold high standards of conduct and have zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, stalking, catfishing, abuse, or any other inappropriate behaviour. Members have direct access to our team through the support chat feature in the member portal, where concerns or complaints about other members can be reported confidentially. Each report is reviewed carefully and promptly. Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, we may issue formal warnings or permanently remove a member from the platform. In more serious cases, and at your request, we can also provide relevant evidence and support should you choose to report the matter to law enforcement.
