Jiwan is the driving force behind DanfeMonal.com, on a relentless mission to help Nepali singles find love and connection. He brings tremendous zeal and passion to the project and drives it across the team. A self-proclaimed DIY ninja who loves to tinker and fix everything from a toaster to a car, he believes Nepali matchmaking needs fixing and is on a mad mission to do just that. You’ll be hearing quite a bit from the guy so please do bear with him.
Fun fact: Jiwan is the classic guys’ guy – three brothers, no sisters, ten years in an all-boys boarding school in Darjeeling, and eight more in a bachelor pad in Delhi. Chatting up the ladies? Never his strongest suit, which oddly makes him a pro at decoding how hopeless men actually think! To win over his wife Jeny of 15 years (the greatest catch of his life), he’s had to rely on his insane culinary skills and some really bad jokes. But hey, since it worked maybe he can share a pointer or two with you boys. How about that!

Jeny is the heartbeat and the secret weapon behind DanfeMonal.com. She keeps the whole operation grounded and is the real force behind the man who thinks he’s in charge! An overprotective mum of two untamed boys, she can be fierce, funny and full of heart, bringing loads of warmth and character to the whole thing. But more importantly, she brings much needed perspective into what modern Nepali women seek in a partner.
Jeny is really a people’s person whose easygoing nature helps her connect with anyone, while her strong relationship instincts help her understand what makes two people truly click! An architect-designer by profession with a black belt in Taekwondo, she is both wits and whoop-ass, the calm and the storm behind the team. Gracefully candid with a vintage charm, Jeny will always have your back. Ladies, you’re in very good hands!

Divya is brains behind how DanfeMonal.com speaks, shows up and occasionally steals attention on the internet. As the Marketing Manager, she looks after how the brand reaches our audience and how it manages to stay interesting in a world where attention spans last about three seconds.
With a sharp instinct for branding and storytelling, she enjoys turning ideas into conversations that people actually want to join. From shaping campaigns to spotting trends, Divya is the creative voice behind the brand and the author of all the ‘brilliant’ campaigns you may have seen.
She believes good marketing shouldn’t feel like marketing at all — it should feel natural, interesting, and just a little irresistible. And if you ever find yourself stopping mid-scroll because something from us caught your eye… well, that was the plan!
