Our Matchmaking Process

Our step-by-step Process

Step 01

Fill in the detailed member submission form on our website to begin the membership process. If you’re not sure yet you can simply join our Free Community (on Home page) to receive free exciting newsletters and highly curated content.

P.S. You do not need to pay at this initial signup stage.

Step 02

Once we receive your submission and manually verify your ID, we will send you a welcome email with a link to create your own personal member portal log-in, including a guidance on how to use our platform and other important details. You can then subscribe to our membership plan within the portal itself.

Your member portal gives you full control and automation of your matchmaking activities like receive and manage introductions, view & communicate with matches, update/edit profile & match preferences at any time, manage subscriptions and access customer support among others.

Step 03

Once your subscription payment is received, we will quality check all your details to ensure your profile is top notch. We will personally review and advise if further changes or polishing is needed before approving it into our database. Once approved we will start matching you right away!

You have 10 days to get a feel of our platform and make a decision to subscribe before your log-in is deactivated. In case this lapses and you wish to reactivate you can contact us via email. However due to the volume of member onboarding your re-activation could be delayed, so we request you to make the decision to join (or not) within the 10 days itself.

Step 04

Our matching involves a 2 stage process – first our system generates the most suitable matches for you (with varying degrees of compatibility) from our extensive database. We use advanced, cutting-edge AI-led algorithms to match you that takes into consideration all the closed and text based open-ended questions from your profile, generating a detailed compatibility report with deep match insights.

Step 05

This is followed by our inhouse matchmaking experts who then evaluate and curate the matches for you using real human judgement before sending out the introductions to both parties into their personal portals. The introduction includes a summarized, anonymised version of member profiles without each other’s contact details.

Step 06

If both members accept the introduction (with the click of a button), a communication channel is opened where you can chat or video chat with each other within the portal itself.

Step 07

However if either party declines, then the match is cancelled. Or after accepting, if you decide later that it’s not really clicking, you can still end the communication and cancel the match anytime.

Step 08

We will then proceed to find you another match and send out new introductions again. This process repeats until you find your perfect match and both members are happy.

Step 09

When you do find your match (Congratulations!), you can choose to cancel your membership and leave the platform. You will be sent a feedback/review form.

Step 10

If at any point later you feel the match is not working, please feel free to come back again! We will still have your details for up to a certain period of time so that you don’t have to fill it all over again. You also have the option to permanently delete your details from our system at any point if you wish.
